Well been a busy week this week with work so thought I'd go out Sunday morning with my wife to get my fix of nature (And exercise)
1st addition on the camera was some birds from Alkincoats Park

Then this lovely horse having a look out of their stables on Smithy Lane

Then carrying on down Slipper Hill I spotted the rare Wifeus Particularus :)

Then on the same lane these fantastic sheep I think the breed is called Ryelands (Coloured)
** My dad was born on Ryelands Rd, Leominster and guess what? The Ryelands sheep originated from Leominster and have always been prized for their wool!! and meat later on. The monks had them there and they were shipped to Australia some time later **

Walking along the canal It was time to pop to Greenwoods Coffee & Icecream for refreshments, and boy do they do a fantastic selection of drinks and cakes!!

Looking the other way from Greenwoods we spotted Fishermore High School in the distance, Which I was a pupil back in 1985 - 1990 Great days. (Did you know that Mr Driver still works there!!)

Whilst walking down Greenfield Rd we spotted the resident grey squirral foraging for food

And again at last a sign of spring with these awesome snowdrops

Have a great Sunday everyone and will be out again next week looking for more wildlife around the area :)
Steve
Thankyou
Amazing what you see when you know what you're looking for, and have a good camera. Love the photos. 😊
